Fireman Fill Station

Single place SCBA fill station made of "KING STARBOARD" with a solid Delrin whip hanger, and exchangable cradle. The gauge is flush mounted, all stainelss with tube connection rather than conventional pipe for much lower leakage rate upto 5000 PSI/300 Bar.

FOUR-WAY Fill Manifold

Reach out and fill anywhere- even on the tender.

Each manifold includes:
· A manifold block machined from a solid block of marine-grade brass; highly polished, triple-chrome plated, then highly polished again for a beautiful and durable finish.
· Kevlar reinforced High-Pressure hoses (5000 psi working pressure) with the highest quality stainless steel fittings for years of trouble-free service.
· Flow control valve at the end of each fill whip.
· 10 foot hose with quick connect fittings. Longer hoses can be ordered for even greater convenience - even long enough to fill your tanks on the tender! No more need to transfer tanks back and forth for filling!
· Padded carry/storage case with internal organizer sleeve for literature, manual and fill log.

Remote Fill Control Panels

Place a remote panel in the lazzarette, near the swim platform, close to the davit, or wherever convenience dictates.... Now you can control your compressor and fill system without running below.

Fill Panels

Brushed stainless steel fill panels are laser cut and engraved. All flowlines are color-coded for easy reference. Swagelok/Brownie gauges come standard with tube connectors (not pipe thread) for easy replacement or service. Output pressure selected by adjustable pressure reducing regulator or automated final fill-pressure from storage bottles. Precision mounted on starboard frame.
