Controlling the flow of gases through your system is paramount for efficiency and safety. Brownie’s fill panels are designed in a logical format with directional flowlines for easy recognition by the operator.

Controls are easily manipulated and provide precise adjustments. All fittings, connectors, hardware and tubing are manufactured from the highest quality stainless steel for maximum safety and service life.

We have standard designs suitable for most applications. We can also design and build custom fill panels to meet any specialized need. If you have a gas control requirement, we can create the optimum solution.

Scuba, SCBA & Ship's Air

In addition to traditional scuba tanks, many vessels also carry scba bottles for firefighting apparatus. Your Brownie's Yacht Pro™ compressor can perform double duty by also filling scba bottles. Care should be taken to verify tanks are only filled to their rated pressure. A specialized fill panel can easily be added to any compressor system, simplifying the filling operation and reducing confusion.

Adjustable Fill Panel

Output pressure can be precisely adjusted to suit the cylinders being filled. Output from zero psi to the maximum pressure supplied by your compressor. The single gauge shows supply pressure from the compressor or storage bank.

Scuba/BA Fill Panel

Available to be placed locally or remotely, this panel allows the filling of both SCUBA and SCBA (BA) cylinders without the need for manually adjusting pressures. Preset regulators and differing fill outlets minimize the risk of overfilling and increase safety

The SCUBA outlet is regulated with a maximum pressure to prevent accidental overfilling. Also available is a non-adjustable Dual Pressure Fill Panel for filling SCUBA and SCBAs.

Remote Fill Panel

Place a remote fill panel in the lazzarette, near the swim platform, in the cockpit, or wherever convenience dictates. Now you can control your compressor and fill system without running below. Features flow control valve and stainless steel high-pressure quick disconnect.

Fireman Fill Station

Specialized SCBA fill stations can be installed and plumbed in the most strategic locations throughout the vessel. Constructed of King Starboard® material for maximum durability and to prevent damage to scba bottles.

Designed to securely cradle a single or multiple bottle(s), with or without the backpack attached. Specify connection at time of order.
