CERTIFIED REGULATOR TECHNICIAN WANTED
RIVIERA BEACH, FL STORE

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair diving regulators and associated equipment to ensure they meet safety standards and function optimally.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Support: Offer product recommendations and educate customers on Scuba equipment to help them select the best gear for their needs.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment to meet repair deadlines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Flexibility: Be willing to work weekends and holidays as necessary to accommodate customer demands.

Qualifications:

Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair Scuba equipment, particularly regulators.

Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service and sales is a plus.

Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Diving Certification: Scuba diving experience is a must. Open Water certification is a minimum requirement, Advanced preferred.
